The extended roof brace is used to help support the chimney where it extends more than 5ft. above the roof. Legs adjust from 65in. to 130in. and pivot at the ring and brackets to fit any roof pitch. An extended roof brace or other support must be used for every 5ft. of chimney above the roof (if your chimney extends 12ft. above your roof you need 2 roof support braces).
